Hotel Asia 2025, held from 20–22 October in Hulhumalé, brought together hospitality professionals, suppliers, and chefs for three days of product showcases, networking, and culinary creativity.
Development Interplan Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd (DICL) had a successful presence at the event, connecting with key industry stakeholders and introducing its Morning Dew range to visiting chefs and resort representatives. The display of fresh produce, premium microgreens, and colourful edible flowers drew strong interest from those seeking high-quality, consistent ingredients to elevate their menus and presentation.
The exhibition also featured the International Culinary Challenge, where chefs competed across multiple categories, adding energy and inspiration to the event.
